<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation tool support device of a roll blind which can prevent fall-off from a weight bar during a lifting/lowering operation of a screen through an operation tool while the number of components is suppressed; and a roll blind including the device. <P>SOLUTION: A support member 17 is curved along an outside surface of a weight bar 16. The support member 17 has an engaging claw 31 engaged with an upper groove 23 of the weight bar 16 from above and an engaging protrusion 72 engaged with a lower groove 24 of the weight bar 16 from below. In the support member 17, a partially continuous slit 60 is penetratingly formed around a portion where the engaging protrusion 72, thereby forming a tongue piece 71. The tongue piece 71 and other portions are independent of each other to be elastically deformable in a vertical direction.
