Suggested are an apparatus (21) for acquiring panoramic, teleradiographic and optionally volumetric CBCT radiographies. The apparatus includes a support part of holding a rotation arm (26). The rotation arm (26) is separated to acquire panoramic and optionally volumetric CBCT radiographies. One end of the rotation arm supports a first X-ray source (27). The other end supports an X-ray detector (28). The apparats further includes only one patient position determination system (25), and a second X-ray source (207) which is separated from the detector (28) to perform a teleradiographic process on cranial bones.
