<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a pressure in a ground is increased and the peripheral ground causes an upheaval when the ground has a soil character (a clay ground or the like) having a large viscosity and when sludge cannot be discharged on the ground by the collapse of a natural ground in the periphery of a rod. <P>SOLUTION: An underground consolidated-body land formation method has an insertion process inserting a grouting rod 1 fitting an injection nozzle 13 up to a specified depth of an object ground and an injection process injecting a curing-agent liquid at a high pressure from the injection nozzle 13. The method further has an air injection process injecting compressed air from air jets 107 and 108 formed to the side face of the grouting rod 1 and a draw-up process drawing up the grouting rod 1 from the object ground.
