PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system which, while preventing the degradation of a fuel cell, can control the output of the fuel cell flexibly.SOLUTION: Power generation control means 24 of an FC vehicle 10 executes both modes of control: power generation amount increase control in which, when the requested power of a load 14 rises, the supply amount of at least one of oxygen and hydrogen to an FC unit 18 is increased while an FC current remains fixed, to raise an FC voltage out of an oxidoreduction progress voltage range, whereby the power generation amount of the FC unit 18 is increased; and power generation amount reduction control in which, when the requested power of the load 14 drops, the supply amount of at least one of oxygen and hydrogen to the FC unit 18 is reduced while the FC current remains fixed, to lower the FC voltage out of the oxidoreduction progress voltage range, whereby the power generation amount of the FC unit 18 is reduced. |
