<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform assembling work by enabling the temporary assembling of a clutch mechanism and an output drum. <P>SOLUTION: A through-hole 151 in the axial direction of a shaft 10 is provided in the central portion of a field core 15 of the clutch mechanism 12, and a rotor 16 passes in a relatively rotatable manner through the through-hole 151. Also, an armature 17 of the clutch mechanism 12 has a frictional surface 171 which can bring about the connected state of the clutch mechanism 12 by being pressure-welded to a frictional surface 164 of the rotor when the armature 17 is attracted by a magnetic force. A drum base-side diameter-enlarged portion 104 to which the armature 17 is externally fitted is provided at the one-end side of the shaft 10 while the other end 102 rotatably supported by a bearing 25 is provided at the other-end side of the shaft 10.
