<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid controller of which weight can be reduced because a presser never rotates simultaneously when a stem is rotated in operation, unnecessary stress that acts on a diaphragm never causes the breakage or reduction in the life duration of a diaphragm, and the presser formed by pressing a metal plate material can be used. <P>SOLUTION: The fluid controller includes: a valve body, which has an inlet flow passage and an outlet flow passage; a bonnet 4 disposed on the valve body; the stem 5 provided in such a way as to penetrating the bonnet in the vertical direction; the diaphragm, which permits or blocks the circulation of a fluid from the inlet flow passage to the outlet flow passage; and the presser 6, which presses the diaphragm. A screw hole 5a facing upward is formed in the lower end of the stem and a screw 20 having a head is fitted into the screw hole.
