<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a liquid-crystal display panel, and a liquid-crystal display panel, capable of preventing the occurrence of drop marks and alignment defects of a liquid crystal, regarding a liquid crystal display device of VA (vertical alignment) mode. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a liquid-crystal display panel includes a step of dropping a liquid crystal composition to one of a pair of substrates provided with an alignment layer, and a step of sticking the other substrate to the substrate with the liquid crystal composition dropped to form a liquid crystal layer.
