PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover for lighting reduced sufficiently in intensity unevenness of a transmission light in a surrounding part 161 of which the outer surfaces 50, 51 are bent, and a lighting system equipped with the cover.SOLUTION: The cover for lighting 10A covers a lighting body 20A having a light source 21 and transmits light from the light source, and has a light transmission part 16 in which, when expressed in vertical cross-section, at least a transparent layer 11 and a light diffusion layer 12 are laminated to transmit and diffuse the light from the light source 21 and an engagement part 17 which is engaged with the lighting body at both ends of the light transmission part. The light transmission part 16 has a central part 160 in which the thickness of the light diffusion layer is nearly constant and a periphery part 161 which is arranged in the surrounding of the central part and is coupled with the engagement part, and the thichness of the light diffusion layer 12 in the periphery part 161 is thicker than the thickness of the light diffusion layer in the central part 160. The lighting system 100A is equipped with the cover 10A. |
