<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strain measuring device and a strain measuring system capable of performing precise measurement while monitoring strain generated in a structure. <P>SOLUTION: In the strain measuring device for a structure, a strain sensor is mounted to a metal plate.
