<p>Provided is a clutch release mechanism for a clutch device, wherein it is possible to facilitate driving operations of a vehicle by reducing the feeling, experienced by a vehicle driver, that driving force is suddenly applied to or cut off from the gear shift of a transmission. A clutch device (100) is provided with a clutch release mechanism (200) for releasing the driving force transmitting state by linking with the operation of a gear shift on a transmission. The clutch release mechanism (200) is provided with a moveable cam plate (210) and a fixed cam plate (230) which are respectively formed with a shift-up tilt surface (215, 233) on which a cam ball (226) rolls when the gear of the transmission shifts up and a shift-down tilt surface (216, 234) on which the cam ball (226) rolls when the gear of the transmission shifts down. The shift-down tilt surfaces (216, 234) have a smaller tilt angle than the first tilt surfaces (215a, 233a) constituting the shift-up tilt surfaces (215, 233).</p> |
