<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict the timing of ground displacement for a ground where ground displacement is predicted. <P>SOLUTION: An ion concentration of specific ion in ground water within an observation target area to predict ground displacement is measured continuously. When a change of rapidly increasing the ion concentration is observed, in the case where the rapid increase of the ion concentration is equal to or more than a magnification preset to average ion concentration prior to rapid increase, it is predicted that a possibility of occurrence of ground displacement is high regardless of rainfall after the ion concentration increase and in the case where the increase of the ion concentration is the set magnification or less, a continuous precipitation is measured during a predetermined period after the ion concentration rapid increase. If the continuous precipitation exceeds a preset continuous precipitation, it is predicted that the possibility of ground displacement is high. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
