A support device for a snack receptacle according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a support unit detachably mounted on a lower surface of an armrest on a chair to move forward from the armrest on the chair and backward to adjust a length and hold a receptacle on an upper surface of the length; and a fixing unit formed vertically upward from a front end of the support unit to enclose an outer side of the receptacle and fix the receptacle. According to the support device for a snack receptacle, receptacles of various sizes containing snacks can be attached/detached to/from the armrest on the chair and conveniently and stably supported, thereby allowing a user to have snacks conveniently. A snack receptacle does not have to be held by a hand and thus the hand can move freely. Existing receptacles can be utilized and the armrest on the chair does not have to be modified, thereby improving usability and marketability. Additionally, an elastic part of the support unit holds both sides of a snack receptacle to stably support the snack receptacle, and the support device for a snack receptacle attached to the armrest on the chair does not occupy an additional space after being used, thereby improving user convenience and stability.
