<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce retrieval time while reducing recovery time when a fault occurs in a server used for KeyValue storage.SOLUTION: A server writes a (key, value) group wrote in a buffer area to a file when a data amount of the (key, value) group which is a set of (key, value) wrote in the buffer area exceeds a prescribed threshold. At this time, the server moves the (key, value) group wrote in the buffer area to a cache area secured on a main memory and releases the buffer area. When a retrieval request including a key is received, the server retrieves the (key, value) including the key from the cache area, and retrieves the (key, value) including the key from the file when the (key, value) including the key does not exist in the cache area.</p> |
