<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper with an air spring, which has structure causing no pressure difference between an air chamber and a space and moreover, enables a communication path to be worked more easily than before, and in which deterioration in durability of a dust seal lip is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The damper D with an air spring includes a damper body D1 having a cylinder 1 and a rod 2, a diaphragm 5 which is formed into a cylindrical shape and forms the air chamber G in the outer periphery of the damper body D1, and a sealing member 6 which is fixed to the end of the cylinder 1 and demarcates the cylinder 1 and the air chamber G. The sealing member 6 includes an annular insert member 60, a dust seal lip 61 which is disposed in the insert member 60, on the inner peripheral air chamber side and comes in slide contact with the outer peripheral surface of the rod 2, and an oil seal lip 62 which disposed in the insert member 60, on the inner peripheral cylinder side and comes in slide contact with the outer peripheral surface of the rod 2, wherein the space A is formed between the dust seal lip 61 and the oil seal lip 62. The insert member 60 is made of a member having strength higher than that of the dust seal lip 61, and a communication path L communicating the air chamber with the space A is formed in the insert member 60. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
