<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for supplying low-temperature liquified gas by which the low-temperature liquified gas can be supplied into an impregnating tank in a stable condition and a device for impregnating with the low-temperature liquified gas. <P>SOLUTION: The device for impregnating with low-temperature liquified gas in which substances to be cooled are cooled by impregnating the substances to be cooled in the low-temperature liquified gas held in an impregnating tank 14 has a low-temperature liquified gas supplying channel 16 for supplying high-pressure low-temperature liquified gas with a higher pressure than that of the low-temperature liquified gas in the impregnating tank, a heat exchanger 17 carrying out heat exchange between the high-pressure low-temperature liquified gas supplied from a high-pressure low-temperature liquified gas supplying channel and a low-pressure low-temperature liquified gas with the same pressure as the low-temperature liquified gas in the impregnating chamber and cooling the high-pressure low-temperature liquified gas and making the same supercooled condition, and a pressure lowering means 18 lowering the pressure of the high-pressure low-temperature liquified gas cooled in the heat exchanger and supplying the same into the impregnating tank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
