<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a high-quality utterance at low cost as an utterance used in a dialog system.SOLUTION: A related word acquiring section 12 acquires a related word of an extracted word delivered from a word input section 11, from a related word dictionary 22. An utterance search section 13 uses a search query by the extracted word and the related word to search an utterance DB 23 and acquire an utterance group. A filtering section 14 excludes utterances including words other than the extracted word, the related word and a stop word from each utterance included in the acquired utterance group. A clustering section 15 uses the related word or the stop word included in each utterance to apply clustering to each utterance included in the filtered utterance group. An utterance candidate selecting section 16 selects an utterance candidate group from: an utterance group obtained by extracting utterances including content words included in a user's previous utterance; an utterance group obtained by extracting representative utterances from a cluster having multiple utterances; or an utterance group obtained by extracting representative utterances from each cluster.</p> |
