<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retreaded tire with small rolling resistance and superior durability by effectively suppressing generation of wear of a tread and heating. <P>SOLUTION: The retreaded tire 1 is manufactured by pasting a precured tread 20 to a base tire 10 via cushion rubber 30. In the retreaded tire 1, the cushion rubber 30 is constituted of a plurality of cushion rubber members 31-33 with different thicknesses in the tire-width direction so as to make a retread tread agree with a tread line K of a bran-new tire. Dynamic modulus of elasticity E'<SB POS="POST">2</SB>and loss tangent tanδ<SB POS="POST">2</SB>of rubber of the thin cushion rubber member 32 positioned at an end in the tire-width direction are made to be smaller than dynamic modulus of elasticity E'<SB POS="POST">1</SB>and loss tangent tanδ<SB POS="POST">1</SB>of rubber of the thick cushion rubber members 31, 33 positioned at a center part in the tire-width direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
