<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which includes a structure facilitating assembly of a capacitor for noise removal. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus comprises: a conductive case 10; a substrate 20 having one surface 21 where a circuit chip 30 is mounted and the other surface 22 is fixed to the interior of a case 10; and a terminal 40 having one end 41 electrically connecting with the circuit chip 30 and the other end 42 electrically connecting with the exterior. Further, the terminal 40 has a dielectric layer 44 laminated on a part of its surface and an electrode layer 45 laminated on the dielectric layer 44. A capacitor part for noise removal 43 is formed by the terminal 40, the dielectric layer 44, and the electrode layer 45.
