A product storage device of an automatic vending machine includes a product rack 20 having a plurality of product storage columns 21 juxtaposed in a horizontal direction, and a bucket 40 capable of picking up/delivering a product W from/to a predetermined product storage column 21, wherein the bucket 40 includes: a storage member 42 which is swingably arranged on a bucket main body 41 that is a frame body, which normally assumes a reception posture where the storage member 42 is housed inside the bucket main body 41 due to the storage member's own weight, and which assumes a delivery posture where the storage member 42 swings to open a bottom surface and allows delivery of the product W when a pin member 433 constituting the bucket 40 abuts a protruding member 10; and a restricting groove 427 which restricts the storage member 42 from assuming the delivery posture due to a weight of the product W upon the product W is received from the product storage column 21.
