The present invention relates to a terminal and a control method thereof, and more specifically, to an apparatus and a method for transmitting and receiving call in a terminal. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for controlling the terminal comprises the steps of: sensing call reception; checking information related to the received call; terminating the received call if the received call is preregistered recurring target phone number and predetermined no-charge call residual time exceeds reference time; and transmitting the call to the phone number if the call is terminated. |
