The present invention relates to a satellite-based meteorological data acquisition system and comprises: a measuring unit which measures a variety of data related to meteorological phenomena; a data collection unit which collects the measurement data of the measuring unit; a satellite terminal which transmits the meteorological data collected with the data collection unit to a satellite; a satellite which receives meteorological data from the satellite terminal and transmits the meteorological data to a base station; and a server which receives the meteorological data from the base station via a communication means. The present invention collects the constantly changing meteorological data with the measuring unit, rapidly and accurately provides the collected meteorological data to the server using the satellite, thus minimizing the time required for the process. |
