The present invention relates to a cutting unit for a sap collecting device, which is capable of automatically collecting sap by cutting the epidermis of a tree (in particular, a rubber tree) so as to allow sap to flow out and which is also capable of preventing sap from being guided toward a drive motor of a cutter. In particular, the present invention relates to the cutting unit for a sap collecting device, which comprises: a cutter for cutting the epidermis of a tree by a predetermined depth; and a drive motor capable of driving the cutter to be rotatable. The invention is further equipped with a sap removing member capable of preventing sap, which is flowing out from the epidermis of a tree, from being guided toward the drive motor along the cutter.
