摘要 The present invention relates to a laser-induced breakdown spectrum analyzing device comprising: a specimen mounting unit with a specimen stand on which a specimen to be measured is placed; a laser generating unit emitting pulse lasers toward the specimen to induce plasma on the specimen of a test object; a light collecting unit installed in a passage wherein the pulse lasers moves between the laser generating unit and the specimen stand, transmits the pulse lasers toward the specimen, and reflects or collects lights emitted from the plasma included to the specimen; a light transmitting unit installed in a focal point of the light collecting unit, receiving the lights collected by the light collecting unit, and transmitting the received lights; a light-separating unit installed in an end of the light transmitting unit, separating the lights transmitted through the light transmitting unit and thereafter emitting the lights; and an analyzing unit analyzing the spectra of the lights emitted by the light-separating unit. The laser-induced breakdown spectrum analyzing device in accordance to the present invention is capable of increasing signal intensity and obtaining an ability to rapidly and accurately detect contaminants under a detection limit condition by a pulse laser and a reflecting plate.
