PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for amplifying a nucleic acid in a flow channel ultra-rapidly.SOLUTION: In the method for amplifying a nucleic acid by PCR reaction in which a PCR sample solution is supplied to a nucleic acid amplification apparatus equipped with a meandering flow channel for performing a PCR cycle of at least one time, the nucleic acid amplification apparatus has one denaturation temperature zone corresponding to a one-side loop part and one or more temperature zones for performing annealing and/or elongation and the PCR sample solution is fed to the meandering flow channel in a state in which the PCR solution is separated by one or more cycles by a gas. |
