摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the quantity of components existing in a solid sample with high certainty and high accuracy by a satisfactory detection lower limit. <P>SOLUTION: The analysis method includes: a step S103 of finding out a sensitivity correction coefficient showing a relation between the measurement result of first temperature desorption analysis and the measurement result of second temperature desorption analysis from a relation between a first measurement known concentration signal and a second measurement known concentration signal; a step S104 of carrying out first temperature desorption analysis to a measurement object solid sample to be measured consisting of the same materials as those of a standard solid sample and including components having unknown concentration to obtain a measurement unknown concentration signal; a step S105 of finding out a correction unknown concentration signal from the measurement unknown concentration signal and the sensitivity correction coefficient; and a step S106 of finding out the concentration of components included in the measurement object solid sample from the correction unknown concentration signal on the basis of a relation between the second measurement known concentration signal and known concentration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
