<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice transmitting/receiving unit for a mobile phone and the like. <P>SOLUTION: A voice transmitting/receiving unit for a mobile phone includes: a cartilage conduction vibration part that contacts with an ear cartilage in a state in which the cartilage conduction vibration part is attached to the ear by an attachment part; a mouthpiece; and a short-range radio communication unit with the mobile phone. In order to obtain an earplug bone conduction effect by changing a contact state of the cartilage conduction vibration part to the cartilage, the cartilage conduction vibration part is held by a movable part movable relative to the attachment part. The short-range radio communication unit transmits position information of the movable part relative to the attachment part to the mobile phone. Own voice inversion mixing means at the time of occurrence of the earplug bone conduction effect is provided in the voice transmitting/receiving unit itself. By holding the cartilage conduction vibration part via an elastic body or wrapped in the elastic body, mobility, cushioning property, and cartilage conductivity are enhanced.
