摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of simply and highly accurately measuring a sectional dimension of a measurement object using ultrasonic wave. <P>SOLUTION: A device for measuring a sectional dimension of a measurement object (10) comprises: an ultrasonic wave transmitting/receiving device (20) provided with an ultrasonic wave oscillation section (21) which has a plurality of rows of piezoelectric elements (23a and 23b) arranged in a concentric pattern; an ultrasonic wave angle changing device (30) which changes an oscillation angle to enable the ultrasonic wave transmitting/receiving device (20) to continuously oscillate ultrasonic wave (24) in a manner that traverses a section of the measurement object; an automatic switching device (40) which receives reflected wave (25) of the ultrasonic wave (24) oscillated by the ultrasonic wave transmitting/receiving device (20) and switches ultrasonic wave oscillation of the plurality of rows of the piezoelectric elements (23a and 23b) on the ultrasonic wave oscillation section (21) based on a receiving result of the reflected wave (25); and a control device (50) provided with a calculation section (64) which calculates a sectional dimension of the measurement object from data received by the ultrasonic wave transmitting/receiving device (20). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
