<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage tool which sufficiently shows an actuation to pinch or extend scalp and skin with small force by firmly holding the scalp and skin even while the scalp and skin are wet with warm water and soap, softly and efficiently pinches or extends the scalp and skin with small force without damaging them by setting a contact part with the scalp and skin to have optimum hardness corresponding to a user, and provides extremely excellent massage and washing effects. <P>SOLUTION: The massage tool has a curved surface shape where the elastic deformation part 3b of an elastically deformable base board 3 is protruded outward. Multiple elastic projections 5 are protruded at the distal ends of multiple elastic projection bodies 4 which are substantially columnar and arranged by protrusion in the elastic deformation part 3b. The protrusion directions of the projections 5 are each inclined outward and downward.
