<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a conventional mailer as it is and reduce a load on a network due to transmission/reception of an attached file.SOLUTION: A mail reception unit 11 of a mail server 1 comprises: an attached file storage unit 111 which separates an attached file from a mail with the attached file addressed to local terminals 3-1 to 3-3 as reception terminals and stores the attached file in a shared database server 2 accessible by the local terminals 3-1 to 3-3; and a shortcut generation unit 112 which generates a shortcut on the basis of a storing place of the attached file. The shortcut is attached to a mail main body and distributed to the local terminals 3-1 to 3-3.</p> |
