<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet whose adhesive layer alone can be peeled without hurting and damaging a functional member and leaving any adhesive agent, and whose adhesive layer has durability under high-temperature and high-humidity, and high-temperature environments, in a laminate made by laminating a display member and the functional member with the adhesive layer; and to provide a peeling method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet is one to adhere a display member and a functional member provided on the display member, and has a core material film 2, a first adhesive layer 61 provided on the core material film, and a second adhesive layer 62 provided on the core material film. The end part of the first adhesive layer retreats more inward than the end part of the core material film, and the first adhesive layer is an adhesive layer to adhere with the functional member, and the second adhesive layer is an adhesive layer to adhere with the display member.
