The present invention relates to an LBS and GPS position recognition-based card payment system and a card payment method and, more specifically, to a card payment system and a card payment method, capable of approving or refusing payment according to AP distance positioning in a position of an LBS of a payment terminal relaying card payment. To achieve the purpose, a method to approve or refuse payment requested by a payment card in the payment terminal includes a step of receiving a request for the approval of the payment by the payment card; and a step of refusing the approval of the payment requested by the payment card when the calculated current position exceeds a range set form stored position information. |
