The present invention relates to a water-reserving structure for utilizing infiltration water and a constructing method thereof. The water-reserving structure includes a riverbed weir, a water-collecting pit, and a water-storage pit. The riverbed weir across the bottom of a river blocks infiltration water flowing in a permeable layer of the river to store water. The water-collecting pit is adjacent to a dike and installed on at least one side of the riverbed weir. The infiltration water collected by the riverbed weir flows into the water-collecting pit, thereby being stored. The water-storage pit is installed in the downstream separated from the water-collecting pit at a predetermined distance. The infiltration water stored in the water-collecting pit is stored in the water-storage pit through a water-supply pipe. The present invention is characterized in that the inclination of the water-supply pipe is designed to be more gradual than the inclination of the river. The present invention provides an effect of providing water using a natural force without an artificial power unit such as pump, especially in a dry season while maintaining the river surface naturally.
