One embodiment of the present invention relates to a convenient food product of dried pollack and a preparation method thereof, wherein the method comprises the steps of: trimming dried pollack passed through a quality inspection to remove impurity; roasting one side of the dried pollack at the temperature ranging from 100 to 290°C (a first water removal step); roasting the other side of the dried pollack at the temperature ranging from 100 to 290°C (a second water removal step); and sealing a package containing the cooled dried pollack. The present invention is simple but innovative in that dried pollack is only roasted at the optimal temperature to remove water, thus allowing everyone to readily take dried pollack having high nutrient value while skipping all inconvenient cooking processes. |
