The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for temperature-dependent energy management, wherein the method comprises the steps of: receiving inputted load factor of energy and target amount of energy consumption; calculating an estimated value of a room temperature corresponding to the inputted load factor, based on a first database where a past room temperature is mapped to a past load factor; calculating a rate value for the target amount of energy consumption from the estimated value of a room temperature; setting a highest and a lowest value of the range for the target amount of energy consumption based on the rate value and the target amount of energy consumption; setting a target temperature within the preset range based on a second database where a past room temperature and a past target temperature are mapped to a past amount of energy consumption, to control a room temperature according to the target temperature, and wherein an estimated value of a room temperature and a set target temperature are corrected by using a proportional expression, thus reducing the possible occurrence of errors for the estimated value of a room temperature and a set target temperature.
