The present invention relates to a born tile paint composition capable of preventing flowing down and a building coating method using the same, wherein the composition is capable of preventing flowing down of a coated born tile after coating a born tile on an internal wall or an external wall of a building as well as expanding a life of a coating to make adhesion be improved. The method comprises: an impurity removal step (S100) of removing various kinds of impurities, attached on the internal wall or the external wall of the building, by using air or a water pressure; a lower channel coating step (S200) of lower channel coating on the surface of the internal wall or the external wall of the building where to coat after removing the impurities; a crack part repairing step (S300) of repairing a crack part produced on the surface of the internal wall or the external wall of the building where to coat after a lower channel coating; a born tile composition mixture step (S400) of gaining a born tile composition by using 95 to 97 weight% of a born tile paint to coat on the surface of the internal wall or the external wall of the building where to coat after repairing the crack part, 1 to 3 weight% of a powder stone mixed with either one or two or more among cement, white cement, or stone powder, and 1 to 3 weight% of a liquefied solution with either one of a binder for mixing, water, or thinner; a middle channel coating step (S500) of middle channel coating on the surface of the internal wall or the external wall of the building where to coat by using the born tile composition gained through the mixture step; and an upper channel coating step (S600) of upper channel coating on the surface of the internal wall or the external wall of the building where to coat after a middle channel coating. |
