<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bread maker configured to cook rice and make bread using the cooked rice, and readily providing delicious bread using cooked rice. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic bread maker is configured such that at least raw rice and water selected from among cooked materials are put into a container 23 and cooked to obtain cooked rice, and further the remaining cooked materials are put into the container 23 to make bread. The automatic bread maker eliminates the need for crushing the rice into rice flour, thereby: reducing a time required for making bread; and reducing noise. The automatic bread maker eliminates anxiety of poor rising caused by damage of rice starch due to crushing rice, and delicious bread using cooked rice is readily made. Further, the cooked rice cooked by this apparatus is used as the cooked material, cooked rice does not need to be prepared separately, and bread is readily made using the cooked rice. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
