摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing useful water-dispersible nut powder with which a nut component is efficiently ingested, and dispersed in an aqueous medium without using an emulsifier, and the dispersed state is kept for a long period of time, and to provide water-dispersible nut powder obtained thereby, and a nut source obtained by dispersing the powder to the aqueous medium. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the water-dispersible nut powder includes the steps of: roasting a mixture of rough-cut nut and sugar to obtain roasted sugared nuts; grinding the roasted sugared nuts with a blade; and further grinding the ground roasted sugared nut finely by pressurizing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
