PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member with a coating film, a collector member, and a fuel battery cell device capable of suppressing the occurrence of a crack in the coating film.SOLUTION: The member with the coating film includes: a tabular collector base body 15 that consists of metal or alloy; and an acid-resistant coating film 17 that coats the whole of the tabular collector base body 15. The coating film 17 includes: a principal surface side coating film 17a that coats a pair of opposite principal surfaces of the collector base body 15; and a lateral surface side coating film 17b that coats lateral sides of the collector base body 15. The lateral surface side coating film 17b has film quality different from the principal surface side coating film 17a. |
