<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a crystallized sulfide solid electrolyte material, capable of providing the crystallized sulfide solid electrolyte material for reducing a hydrogen sulfide generating quantity. <P>SOLUTION: This invention solves the problem by providing the method of manufacturing the crystallized sulfide solid electrolyte material characterized by having an amorphous forming process of providing an amorphous sulfide solid electrolyte material by forming amorphous of a raw material composition including Li<SB>2</SB>S and P<SB>2</SB>S<SB>5</SB>and falling within a range of 70-80% in a molar fraction of the Li<SB>2</SB>S by amorphous forming processing, and a crystallizing process of providing the crystallized sulfide solid electrolyte material by performing heat treatment at the temperature in a range of 270°C or more and less than 310°C and for a time in a range of 1 min-2 hours to the amorphous sulfide solid electrolyte material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
