<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device which suppresses a bending process of a connection terminal of a circuit element and thereby shortening a time required for the assembly process. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply device 10 has: a printed substrate 12 where at least a semiconductor element is disposed; and a case housing the printed substrate 12. The power supply device 10 has an insert bus bar 19 which is disposed facing a mounting surface 12a (one surface of the printed substrate 12) and further has a transformer 16 (one or more circuit elements) disposed in a second space in the case. A primary side terminal of the transformer 16 (lead wires ta to td) is disposed between the printed substrate 12 and the insert bus bar 19 and is electrically connected with a terminal group (terminals th to tk) of a connection terminal board 19c included in the insert bus bar 19.
