The present invention relates to a bio-artificial immunogen-removed pig mesenchymal bio scaffold and a method for preparing the same. Pig mesenchymal bio scaffolds according to the present invention preserves extracellular matrix such as glycosaminoglycan and collagen; is biodegradable; and has a superior biocompatibility with the removal of immune antigen. Accordingly, the present invention can be usefully used in regenerative medicine and tissue engineering fields.
