Disclosed are a method for uploading an app to prevent an illegal use of an app, an app encryption server corresponding to the same, and a method and a user terminal for executing an app. The method for uploading an app comprises the steps of: removing an executable file from an app and inserting a stub executable file to generate and store a stub app in an encryption server; encrypting an original executable file to generate and store an encryption app in the encryption server; and uploading the stub app to an App Store. The method for executing an app comprises the steps of: downloading a stub app stored in an App Store to a user terminal to install a stub executable file and a resource file; decoding an encryption app stored in the user terminal to generate a decoding app; and overwriting a stub executable file with an original executable file contained in the decoding app.
