A submersible barge is disclosed. The submersible barge increases or decreases the buoyancy with the use of an FRP pipe installed inside. According to the present invention, the submersible barge facilitates the construction of a concrete floating offshore structure on the sea by increasing or decreasing the buoyancy and reduces the production cost with the use of an FRP pipe. |
