<p>A sport training device comprising a frame which defines an outline and comprises one or more upper mounting means which have a recess adapted to receive a pole. The frame further comprises one or more lower clips located vertically below the upper mounting means and also adapted to receive the pole. The frame may be adapted to carry a removable fabric cover, and the outline of the frame may simulate the head and torso of a person. The pole may comprise a spike to enable insertion into the ground. The upper mounting means may be in the form of a cap with a recess adapted to receive the pole the recess having a stepped internal profile defining a first region which allows the pole to enter and a second region which is smaller than the pole. The frame may comprise two side members and two cross members, which are separable from one another and adapted to fit together to form the frame.</p> |
