<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide marketing data, which may be useful to generate information of high effect on sales promotion, for stores at a periphery of a parking lot while reducing unnecessary information provision of information for member users by acquiring and processing data on a use state of the parking lot. <P>SOLUTION: A marketing data preparation device includes a member database in which data associated with registered members who can receive privilege services in exchange for providing property information on themselves with respect to providing service of the parking lot is accumulated; a parking lot use data acquisition device which acquires parking lot use data including entering/exiting time when a registered member uses the parking lot; a data analysis device which prepares marketing data using the parking lot use data that the parking lot use data acquisition device acquires and the data accumulated in the member database; and data transmission means of transmitting the marketing data that the data analysis device prepares to predetermined contractors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
