<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for eluting iodine adsorbed on activated carbon capable of passing through the activated carbon a proper amount of eluent used for eluting iodine from the activated carbon adsorbing the iodine. <P>SOLUTION: In this method for eluting iodine adsorbed on activated carbon, eluent is passed through the activated carbon adsorbing the iodine, and after ORP of the liquid after elution reaches 180 mV (silver-silver chloride electrode base) or lower, when pH becomes 1.7 or higher, and the unreacted percentage of a reducing agent reaches 60% or higher, it is determined that elution is finished. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
