<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing refined green tea extract that is useful as a raw material for a catechin contained beverage that is rich in green tea flavor, easy to drink, and can be continuously taken. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the refined green tea extract includes bringing the organic solvent solution of green tea extract into contact, for 12 hours to 5 days, with activated carbon of 0.1-1 mass times with respect to catechin in the green tea extract solid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
