<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily correct displacement of a recorded dot position of a clear ink used to suppress uneven gloss or bronze. <P>SOLUTION: An image recording apparatus includes: a recording means that records patch on which a first pattern recorded by using the clear ink and where a recording region and a non-recording region are alternatively repeated in a registration adjustment direction, and a second pattern that is recorded by using an ink other than the clear ink and two regions having different gloss characteristics are alternatively repeated in the registration adjustment direction are overlapped; and a setting means that sets the registration adjustment amount by using a measurement result of the patch. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
