<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily monitor a telephone call condition in real time. <P>SOLUTION: As a first communication terminal starts a telephone call, a first gateway transmits information indicating that the telephone call has been started and outgoing and incoming call information including a telephone number of a call partner to a second gateway, and also as a telephone call is disconnected, the first gateway transmits information indicating that the telephone call has been disconnected and outgoing and incoming call information indicating a telephone number of a call partner to the second gateway.
