The present invention is a recycling apparatus for ferrous and nonferrous oily metal waste and, more specifically, a recycling apparatus for ferrous and nonferrous oily metal waste, which stores ferrous metal waste, which has a sponge form and which is generated during material cutting process, to a separate container to which a heating apparatus is installed, performs a first retrieval process of oil content such as cutting oil from within the said waste by heating the said waste, delivers the said waste to a second isolation tank which contains cleaning water and to which is attached a heating means and an activated gas providing means, adds electrolyte and saponifying material to the cleaning water and heats the water, dissociates N2, O2, and H2O molecules from the air by applying high electric electronic energy to the exterior air, provides activated molecules such as activated oxygen (O*), activated nitrogen (N*), and hydroxyl (OH-) to the cleaning water in a minute bubble form to allow oil contents to float to the surface of the water, isolates and removes oil content with oxidation and reduction by ionizing and activating the cleaning water, and delivers the contaminated cleaning water to an oil-water separator to remove oil and reuse the cleaning water. |
